KUNTZ Sculptor Terry Kuntz creates abstract studies of figures in motion from redwood, he has found it to have a timeless quality and an intriguing lure. Much of his wood comes from the beaches and rivers of the Pacific north west coast. The cracks and volatile nature of the wood is then transformed into the essence and beauty of the female figure flowing through the ancient wood that he sculpts. |
