"I am continually fascinated by the unlimited qualities of the diverse elements I  find and use as a ground for my  paintings. From the most delicate metal or wood  fragments to large  industrial containers, each salvaged piece resonates a part of a story.

Dialogues emerge while overlapping the past and present. Scars or evidence from each object’s former history are like words and they free associate. While fusing these disparate elements I discover an intuitive openness more typical of life than of art. This process inspires me to tell my part in this ever expanding dialogue"
